Dr. Jennifer Farmer is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Principal Consultant of Renewed Mindset LLC. Her unique talents, skills and passion for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB); and team and organizational effectiveness, form the core of the company’s mission. She is a committed to developing and implementing DEIB strategies that lead to a more inclusive workforce and helps drive organization success. She infuses her work with the fundamental values of leadership, integrity, inclusion, customer service and innovation.

Jennifer has several years of corporate experience serving in various roles at Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), Pfizer, Inc., Northrop Grumman, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Jennifer’s experience includes diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging; financial management, talent operations, corporate compliance, change management and vendor management.

As a scholarly practitioner, Dr. Farmer’s key research interests include: Diversity, Inclusion, Equity & Belonging, Leadership, Change Management, Organizational Culture and Organizational Trauma.

Jennifer, a Florida native, has an MBA from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) and a Doctor of Education in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University.
