Dr. Jennifer Farmer is the Founder and CEO of Renewed Mindset LLC, a consulting and coaching practice dedicated to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), organizational development, and change management. She helps organizations shift mindsets, strengthen teams, and embed inclusive practices that drive culture transformation and long-term success.

She is a Certified Change Management Coach, Organizational Development Coach, and an Aperian Inclusive Behaviors Inventory (IBI) Certified Practitioner, equipping her to help leaders and teams strengthen inclusive practices, drive transformation, and enhance organizational health. Through her coaching and consulting work, she creates reflective spaces where individuals and teams can build trust, align strategy with culture, and lead change with confidence and clarity.

Dr. Farmer brings a wealth of corporate experience, having held leadership roles at Bristol Myers Squibb, Pfizer, Northrop Grumman, and Thermo Fisher Scientific, where her work spanned DEIB strategy, talent operations, organizational effectiveness, financial management, and corporate compliance. She combines this depth of corporate experience with research-based methods and practical insights to deliver meaningful, measurable results.

Her thought leadership includes articles and book chapters on DEI, leadership, change, and organizational trauma, as well as a co-authored volume on leadership in times of organizational change and crisis. Dr. Farmer has been recognized nationally as one of Canvas’ 100 DE&I Leaders to Follow, Comparably’s 50 Impactful DE&I Leaders, and a Top 100 Healthcare Diversity Officer.

Through Renewed Mindset, she infuses every engagement with her core values of leadership, integrity, inclusion, customer service, and innovation—helping organizations achieve lasting transformation by starting with mindset.

Dr. Farmer holds an MBA from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU) and a Doctor of Education in Human and Organizational Learning from The George Washington University. Her research interests include organizational culture, change management, leadership, organizational trauma, and sustainable DEIB practices.
